Making these bread buns are pretty much like making bread, we are using a yeast and one egg to give the bread texture more softness. I’m using two teaspoons of white sugar to add a little more sweetness the the dough but you can use less.

Cutting small pieces of dough off and weighing about 0.45 oz or just judge the size you like to have, maybe your muffin pan is larger then the one i’m using. Make four small balls and put into each muffin cup and they make about 16 tasty bread buns.

Bake them in a 350ºf oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until a nice golden brown.

Our Four Leaf Clover Bread Buns, is so tasty and so lovely with soup or on its own.

Thank you for staying with us we have more to tell you about these tasty little bread buns, years ago here in Newfoundland and Labrador our parents would make these bread buns for more food to have on the table to feed big families. Our parents would have a big boiler of soup or stew and a big basket of these tasty little four leaf clover bread buns. They look nice and taste even better, we also served them with a tasty Traditional Newfoundland Cold Plates dinner.

They were also made for big family dinners and weddings.
